Most of the time they actually need something from a designer, though, not from me. Most of what we hear from customer support at the moment (in closed beta) are things like: <ul> <li>This fight is too hard</li> <li>I get stuck in this mission</li> <li>This door doesn't lead anywhere</li> </ul> None of those are things I can fix. Though they are often things I should have warned a content designer through some sort of verification tool. Heh, yeah they’re a sort-of customer too.
